Here you'll find everything you need about Cascade Veterinary Specialists and how we can help you. We have online forms for everything related to our Issaquah veterinarian clinic.
The Referral Process:
Referrals are initiated by your family veterinarian who will send a referral form, pertinent records, lab work and / or x-rays in advance. If your appointment is scheduled less than 3 days in advance, it may be best to bring x-rays with you to your appointment. Your regular veterinarian will be updated promptly regarding the examination and treatment of your pet. Communication between Dr. Fry and your family veterinarian is of utmost importance for the best care of your animal companion.
Scheduling Your Appointment:
Patients are seen by appointment only.
Appointments are scheduled from 8am- 10:30am Tuesday through Friday.
Our staff is available by phone 8am- 5pm Tuesday through Friday.
Appointments may be reserved by the referring veterinarian or by the client.
You may choose to schedule your initial consultation and surgery dates separately, or you may schedule your consultation so that Dr. Fry will be available to perform surgery the afternoon of your initial appointment.
